About Mental Health

We think that it’s important for all of us to have a common understanding of mental health when partnering with others to achieve positive, optimal mental health outcomes for children and youth.

With this in mind, the Centre has developed resources, tools and services to support individuals as well as organizations in ensuring that mental health literacy is accessible to all. The Centre strives to meet the well-being and needs of its many stakeholders – service providers, researchers, children, youth, and families and caregivers – by offering innovative products and services designed to inform and inspire. All of these are available free of charge.

We encourage you to browse our site and make full use of these resources. Our collection is always growing, so stop by often to see what’s new.
