Online program evaluation module

Program evaluation is a critical component of continuous quality improvement. It can be used by an organization to improve its service and processes to make them effective, efficient and sustainable. However, the process of evaluation can be challenging for agencies with limited training and resources.

The Centre’s online learning modules take users through the program evaluation process from beginning to end, focusing on three distinct phases – planning, doing, and using. The modules are user-friendly and interactive, using case studies to share helpful information about evaluation tools such as program logic models, indicators and measures.

The online learning modules are available on the Centre’s website. The modules are also available in CD format.

The learning modules are stand-alone resources that enhance the consultative services currently offered by the Centre.
