Learning

(What is this?)

Evaluate and reflect

Effective learning organizations are willing to assess their programs and activities. But "evaluation," in the truest sense, is more than just being willing to learn about what’s working and what isn’t. True evaluation is a science and requires a specific skill set.

Measuring, analyzing and interpreting data, and taking the time to reflect on what the data tells us, gives your organization valuable information to help plan services that will meet the needs of the people you serve.

The Centre offers many high-quality programs and resources to support your organization in its evaluation activities, regardless of your level of experience.
